Perry Ryon will spend up to thirty minutes at no charge discussing the legal issues and concerns of the client. When sufficient information has been gathered, the client will be provided with an initial assessment and wherever possible, a recommended course of action and an estimate of legal fees and costs. The client is under no obligation to proceed and is always encouraged to seek a second opinion. Only when the client is completely comfortable will Perry Ryon proceed with preparation of a written fee agreement and representation of the client. |

No Charge for Travel Time/Costs to Your Home or Business | ||||
Perry Ryon believes that the convenience and comfort of the client is of utmost importance in assuring that the clients interests are being completely served. Toward this end, Perry Ryon will meet with the clients at their homes or businesses with no charge for either travel time or expenses; minimizing the amount of stress or inconvenience while providing affordable, high quality service to the client. |

Free Referrals Where Appropriate | ||||
Although Perry Ryon has been practicing civil law for over thirty years, there are some areas where specialized representation will best serve the interests of the client. In these instances, after the free initial telephone conference, Perry Ryon will refer the client to one or more attorneys who specialize in the area of law needed by the client. There will be no charge for the referral, and under no circumstance will Perry Ryon receive any compensation either from the client or from the attorney to whom the matter is referred. |
